Leadership Circle Profile: 360 Degree Assessment
The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP) measures eighteen
Leadership Competencies. These competencies have been
well researched and shown to be the most critical behaviors
and skill sets for leaders.
TLCP is the first 360 tool to demonstrate the relationship
between the internal assumptions (beliefs) that drive behavior
and patterns of action. TLCP goes to the source of behavior to
get greater leverage on change.
Two Primary Leadership Domains are measured:
Creative Competencies measure how you achieve results,
bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance your own
development, act with integrity and courage, and improve
Reactive Tendencies are leadership styles emphasizing
caution over creating results, self-protection over productive
engagement, and aggressive over building alignment. These
self-limiting styles over-emphasize the focus on gaining the
approval of others, protecting yourself, and getting results
through high control tactics.
